So I gave up on the google voice...What a facade. So now back to mythtv..... Seems oss support was dropped. Glad I found out AFTER i upgraded to 10.10 from 10.04...
So....I wound up exporting my mythtv database,saving my ebdid.bin file,and my custom xorg.conf file and blasted the drive again with a nice neat install of mythbuntu.
How here is the only thing.....I really want to grab some stuff off of on-demand and the only way to do that is using composite video...OK, thats fine. BUT the setup guides for myth are terrible.
So maybe once I get it working I will update the wiki @ www.mythtv.org/wiki/
